We can produce in up to 12 colours and our average capacity is 6000 pieces per day.

SERVICES WE OFFER
Screen Printing
Screen printing is an artform and when carried out properly can result in almost any print being achieved. It is cheapest in high volume or low volume with few colours. A screen is needed for each colour, which can make a small colourful run of tees quite expensive.
The inks are the most versatile and have a very high fade resisitance. When printing onto a dark coloured fabric an underbase screen is required to make sure that the colours pop when printed on top of this white base.
Our minimum for screen printing is 25pcs and there is no maximum, we are able to print thousands of the same design very efficiently.

Digital Printing
Digital Printing is a great alternative to screen printing in smaller volume. There is no limit to the number of colours available, making it a cost effective method for smaller runs.
Digital Printing does not have the same washfastness as screen printing, although it is quite good. If you need to wash time and time again for a work uniform or equivalent, we would always recommend screen print.

Vinyl Transfers
Vinyl transfers are a very versatile material which can be heat transferred onto virtually any type of fabric. They are digitally printed and then cut out by plotter.
There is no limit to the number of colours, but they do suit a simple shape.
Great for name and numbers and many other sports functions like jersey logos etc
